 On this site, you will find recipes that vary in difficulty and effort of preparation.  You will also find helpful grocery shopping tips.  I try to post pictures of the foods to help you know what you will be making.  For me, making a recipe without knowing what it is supposed to look like is kind of like doing a puzzle without a picture on the box. 

I eat throughout the day because I believe that eating six small meals versus three big meals a day is the best way to stay fit.

I encourage you to get involved with grocery shopping with your parents or guardians and start cooking at home.  You'll be richer in health and money if you do!
